Moti Mahal is one of the oldest restaurants in Delhi. It was founded in Daryaganj shortly after we, as a nation, obtained independence. It takes credit for having introduced the recipes for burra kebabs, butter chicken and tandoori chicken to the culinary world. Moti Mahal has over the years expanded to form a chain, with outlets in multiple cities across India.
