Our Story
Established in 1960 by ( late ) Padma Shri Smt. Sundari K Shridharani and designed by the celebrated architect, Joseph Allen Stein, Triveni has been the cultural melting point for the National Capital since 1960.
A not-for-profit organization that does not take any donations, and has been for the last 6 decades offering a wide range of opportunities to artists and art enthusiasts.

Auditorium
The Triveni Auditorium is a stellar example of Joseph Allen Stein’s unique architectural style. The auditorium structure provides an attractive venue for Dance & Music Performances, Talks, Seminars, Film Screenings and Book Launches.
This fully air-conditioned premise has a seating capacity of 159 guests and has successfully captured the attention of many artists to select it as a venue for their enthralling performances.
Amphitheater
1. Set in an open ambiance, the Amphitheater / Open Air Gallery is ideally placed to hold performances of Dance, Music, Theatre, Talk Shows, Film Screenings, Seminars and display of Artworks. 2. The Sculpture Court
The Sculpture Court located between the two buildings of Triveni Kala Sangam is an open air gallery space for large Sculptures.
Exhibiting the works of a broad spectrum of artists, the court draws attention of connoisseurs to the changing trends in the art of sculpting.
Lecture Room
With a tiered floor seating for 45 people, the Lecture Hall is a highly personalized venue for Intimate Discussions, Artistic Discourse and Presentations on Art, Culture and Literature.
Bathed in natural light from its north facing windows, this venue can also be darkened for visual presentations.
