Every detail matters, from ingredient selection to production, packaging, and customer satisfaction. Our factory operates under strict HACCP quality standards and undergoes regular inspections by Dubai Municipality to ensure the continued delivery of safe, flavorful sweets.
Our success lies in the fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern quality control. Our pastry chefs, with experience passed down through generations, produce an array of exceptional Arabic sweets — including Mabrouma, Cashew Fingers, Guraiba, Barazek, Date Mamoul, and more — using only premium pistachios, cashews, and other fine nuts.
Our roots trace back to 1951, when we began in a small shop in Damascus. Today, we proudly continue our legacy in Dubai, honoring our heritage while meeting the standards of the modern world.
